The initial evaluation includes all your required and advised lab evaluations and consultations. Any samples that are needed can be taken at a LabCorp near you.
Once the test results are available, we will schedule your full initial consultation with Lions OpTimal Health. During this appointment, we will discuss your results and work with you to determine which plan is best for you going forward based on your health optimization goals.

Athletes who are non-members can opt for a quarterly lab panel at $300, which includes a lab panel and consultation to review the results.
