The initial evaluation includes all your required and advised lab evaluations and consultations. Any samples that are needed can be taken at a LabCorp near you.
Once the test results are available, we will schedule your full initial consultation with Lions OpTimal Health. During this appointment, we will discuss your results and work with you to determine which plan is best for you going forward based on your health optimization goals.
ALL MEMBERS receive a customized approach to their health optimization.

The King of the Jungle membership offers a comprehensive executive-level concierge service, including all the benefits of The Lion membership. Additionally, the plan includes quarterly in-person visits at your home or office, in-person lab draws upon request, and <24-hour response times for messaging or phone calls.
This plan is suitable for patients seeking full executive concierge health optimization. It also includes advanced lab evaluations which include epigenetic testing through TruDiagnostics.
Those who opt for The Lion membership can benefit from TRT as well as advanced therapies such as peptides, advanced optimization, and weight loss therapies.
This plan covers the prescription cost of testosterone and the cost of GH Stimulation peptides, as well as other prescriptions for peptides, weight loss medications, supplements, and adjunctive therapies with discounted prices and lower medication management fees.
The Lion members also have access to the medical provider for guidance and support via messaging.
This membership is tailored for men interested in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) without advanced therapies like peptides or extensive optimization.
As a Lion’s Mane member, the prescription cost of testosterone is included in your plan. You can also choose to add intermittent prescriptions for peptides or other adjunctive therapies with an additional medication management fee included in the prescription.

If you're seeking weight loss therapies and guidance in diet and exercise, this membership is for you. While the cost of prescriptions is not included, there are lower additional medication management fees, and you'll receive below retail pricing for compounded medications.
Our aim is to help you lose weight without any potential negative health effects. We focus on improving your neurological, cardiovascular, and metabolic health throughout the process.
As a member, you'll also have the opportunity to connect with our medical provider via messaging for support and guidance.

For non-members, we offer intermittent visits or consults at $150 per visit, excluding the cost of lab tests, prescriptions, and supplements.
Athletes who are non-members can opt for a quarterly lab panel at $300, which includes a lab panel and consultation to review the results.
